The Greek Specialist Politics Group (GPSG) of the Political Studies Association (UK) and CEDLAW co-organized an online lecture and discussion titled “The EU’s Response to the Covid-19 Pandemic: Policies of Integration, Recovery and Resilience” on Monday, 17 May 2021, 16.00 (Greek time), with Dr. Alexandros Kyriakidis, Postdoctoral Researcher at the Department of International and European Studies an Head of Operations and Resaerch of CEDLAW at the University of Macedonia (Greece), as the speaker.
The webinar featured the results of research conducted by Dr. Kyriakidis and funded by the GPSG, as presented in the GPSG’s Working Paper no. 34 (https://gpsg.org.uk/wp34-april-2021/), on the EU’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic (EURI, RRF, etc.), and their impact on the process, direction and theorizing of EU integration. Assoc. Prof. Stella Ladi (Panteion University, Greece; Queen Mary University of London, UK), discussed the results of the research, and Assist. Prof. Panagiota Manoli (University of Peloponnese, Greece) chaired the webinar.
The lecture was held in English, and was open to the public, (no registration required). It was streamed live here and on CEDLAW’s Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/kediduom), and there was the option of submitting questions through Facebook comments.
