CEDLAW organized on Friday, 12 February 2021, 19.00 (Greek time) an online lecture and discussion titled “Democracy and Coercion in Pandemic Response: Comparative National Reactions to COVID-19” with Professor and Mertie Buckman Chair of Rhodes College (Memphis, USA), Nikolaos Zahariadis. Director of CEDLAW and Assoc. Professor Ioannis Papadopoulos intervened with comments, while the discussion was coordinated by the Head of Operations and Research of CEDLAW, Dr. Alexandros Kyriakidis.
The lecture was held in Greek, and was open to the public, (no registration required). It and was streamed live on CEDLAW’s Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/kediduom), and there was the option of submitting questions through Facebook comments to the main speaker.
